Each oven includes a stunning complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish, ideal for roasting chicken, vegetables, casseroles, bread, desserts, and more.

Handmade in Portugal, our ovens feature triple-layer insulation for unparalleled performance. The exterior remains cool to the touch while the interior achieves scorching temperatures. Each oven incorporates authentic fire brick and mortar, layered with our INTERNATIONALLY PATENTED Rockwool Insulation, secured by metal batting, and finished with a durable layer of refractory cement.

Premium Features

The Pizzaioli Premium showcases a traditional terracotta brick facade and a non-rust, cast aluminum door, chimney cavity, and chimney. The door is equipped with a high-heat viewing window for added convenience.

Unlike other brands, Authentic Pizza Ovens never use zinc or galvanized coatings in our products. For added customization, our white-domed ovens can be painted or tiled to complement your home’s design. Use high-heat paint or adhesive and ensure your oven is cured and treated with Ultra Fire (included) before applying any finish.
